Transportation

All orders are shipped through well-known distribution teams such as FedEx or UPS. Expedited transportation is currently not available. Please note that since FedEx Home Delivery does not deliver to P.O. boxes, you need to provide your physical address when ordering so that we can ship the order to you.

When your order is processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number to track the shipment. After delivery, depending on your location, please wait an additional 3-6 working days for your parcel to arrive.

General Return And Exchange Policy

If the product is not used in the original box, it can be returned within 30 days to get 100% store credit. We cannot accept returns of second-hand products because we cannot resell second-hand products. No one wants their dog to lie on the old bed! Items must be free of dirt and pet hair. Orders returned to us in any form other than the original packing box will incur additional shipping costs, which are beyond the control of the carrier and will be deducted from the amount of the order to be returned.

If the product meets the following conditions, it is not eligible for return or exchange:

Is an unpacked item
Label removed
Show signs of use (including but not limited to: evidence of dog skin, dander, dirt, stains, scratches, smell, etc.)
Already washed
Damaged
Received more than 30 days ago
All returns are thoroughly inspected upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse to provide store credit to any items returned to us that are not brand new and unused.

If you no longer own the original box, we will not be able to provide a return label and you are responsible for sending it back. If our return label is used in any box other than the original box (or no box at all), no matter you choose a credit card refund or a store credit limit, the full cost of the shipping label will be deducted from the final refund. If the cost of the label exceeds the value of the returned item, no refund will be given.

Please note that we cannot provide prepaid labels for returns or exchanges for items valued at $30 or less.

After receiving the return, please process the product within 3-5 working days from the date we receive the return. If the product is damaged, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
